01What does private coaching cost in North York in 2026?+
Logic Fitness is assessment-led private coaching, not a discount gym membership. The first two personal-training sessions are $120 + HST. Ongoing packages generally range from $76 to $125 + HST per session, depending on coach and package size. Confirm frequency in a free movement assessment before you choose a plan.
02What does a first assessment cover for a working adult?+
The free assessment is a private first visit, not a class or a fitness test. A coach looks at a few everyday movements, talks through your work week and goals — desk posture, golf or performance, strength, or aging well — and recommends a realistic starting point. No package decision is required on the spot.
03How does Logic Fitness train the joint pattern your work repeats?+
Professional work repeats a body pattern: a flexed neck at a screen or chairside, standing in a kitchen or clinic, a transfer, a long case, a drive, a lift, or a weekend swing. Logic Fitness trains that load with purposeful exercise — assess, correct, strengthen, sustain — not medical treatment and not a stretch-only list.
04How does personal training work for a busy professional in North York?+
You start with a free movement assessment, not a package pitch. A coach looks at how you move, the week you actually live, and the outcome you want — desk posture, strength, golf, or aging well — then recommends a frequency you can keep. No hard sell, and no decision required on the spot.

05What is the difference between corrective exercise and personal training?+
Both start with a free assessment at Logic Fitness. Personal training builds a plan for strength, composition, or performance. Corrective exercise puts movement quality, mobility, and control first when a limitation is in the way. It is still coaching, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace a clinician’s care.

06How does sports rehab exercise work after an injury?+
Sports rehabilitation exercise at Logic Fitness is coached, progressive training that bridges recovery and the demands of work or sport. A coach confirms current restrictions, rebuilds tolerance, then reintroduces strength and speed. It is not a diagnosis, not emergency care, and not a promise to treat or cure pain.
07What does golf fitness training near Bayview actually include?+
Golf training at Logic Fitness is physical preparation for the swing, not a playing lesson. A TPI-informed assessment can look at mobility, rotational control, balance, and force production. You leave with a coached plan you can keep between rounds — at Sheppard & Bayview or Cummer & Bayview.
08What does senior fitness in North York look like at Logic Fitness?+
Senior fitness is small-format coaching for useful strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and fall-prevention skill. Options include 4:1 semi-private and 2:1 partner formats. The published starting point is $100 per month; confirm current availability. It is exercise coaching, not a medical day program.
09How do executives get a time-efficient workout at Logic Fitness?+
You do not need a two-hour club ritual. A free assessment sets a frequency you can keep, then each coached session uses the hour for the highest-value work — the pattern your week actually loads. The plan is confirmed around your calendar, not sold as a longer menu of short-session products.
10Can I train with a Korean-speaking personal trainer in North York?+
Yes. Logic Fitness is a bilingual North York studio: the public site, assessment form, and coaching can run in Korean. Choose 한국어 on the free-assessment form and the team will match a Korean-speaking coach. The Logic Method does not change with the language.
11What are the hours and parking like at Rean and Cummer?+
Both North York studios list daily hours of 07:00–22:00. Logic Fitness is at 20 Rean Dr (Sheppard & Bayview). Logic Performance is at 3309 Bayview Ave (Cummer & Bayview). This site does not publish a guaranteed parking-lot map; confirm the current lot or street option when you book so a work-day visit is not a surprise.
12What is the difference between Logic Fitness and Logic Performance?+
They are two North York rooms and one method. Logic Fitness at 20 Rean Dr (Sheppard & Bayview) is the precision room for assessment-led personal training and related private coaching. Logic Performance at 3309 Bayview Ave (Cummer & Bayview) offers every Logic Fitness service, plus Pilates, registered massage therapy, and group training.
13How much does one hour of personal training cost in North York?+
At Logic Fitness, the beginner offer is two personal training sessions for $120 + HST total, or $60 + HST per session. Regular package rates generally range from $76 to $125 + HST per session, depending on trainer level and package size. The assessment helps identify the most suitable option before you choose a package.
14How many personal training sessions do I need to see results?+
There is no honest one-size-fits-all number. Your starting point, training history, schedule, recovery, and goal all matter. Logic Fitness begins with an assessment and recommends a realistic frequency after learning how you move and what you want to achieve.
15Is personal training suitable for complete beginners?+
Yes. Beginner coaching starts with movement, confidence, and manageable progress rather than maximum intensity. Your trainer explains the purpose of each exercise and adjusts the plan as your capacity changes.
16Can I train if I have pain, an old injury, or limited mobility?+
Logic Fitness offers corrective exercise and sports-rehabilitation-informed coaching. Training can be adapted around limitations, but it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. Tell the team about relevant symptoms and existing care plans during your assessment.
17What is included in the $120 beginner personal training offer?+
The offer covers your first two personal training sessions. An InBody composition analysis, personalized programming discussion, and goal setting may be included as part of onboarding. Availability and taxes should be confirmed with the team.
18What is included in the Body Profile Package?+
The limited Body Profile Package includes 20 personal-training sessions with a Level 1 trainer and a professional photo shoot. The current promotional price is $1,600 + HST, reduced from $2,400. Availability is limited and pricing varies if a different trainer level is selected.
19What is the difference between Logic Fitness and Logic Performance?+
Logic Fitness at Sheppard and Bayview provides personal training, weight training, corrective exercise, sports rehabilitation exercise, functional exercise, golf training, running-pose coaching, and senior fitness. Logic Performance at Cummer and Bayview provides every Logic Fitness service, plus Pilates, registered massage therapy, and group training.
20How large are the group training classes?+
Group training is designed for a maximum of approximately 8 to 10 participants. The standard plan includes 12 sessions per month, with an unlimited upgrade available. Current class times and remaining spots should be confirmed before attending.
21When are group training classes at Logic Performance?+
The current schedule includes weekday classes at 10:00 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m., plus a Saturday class at 9:00 a.m. Group training is available at Logic Performance only. Class times and coach assignments may change, so confirm availability before attending.
22Does RMT accept insurance or direct billing?+
Direct billing is available for eligible RMT visits, and extended health insurance may be accepted. Coverage depends on your provider and plan, so confirm your benefits before treatment.
23Do you offer personal training for older adults?+
Yes. Senior fitness options include semi-private and partner formats with a focus on useful strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and fall prevention.
24What does Logic of Movement mean?+
Logic of Movement is the coaching philosophy behind Logic Fitness: every exercise, progression, and coaching decision should have a clear reason. The team connects assessment, education, rehabilitation-informed exercise, fitness, and performance instead of relying on random workouts.
25Does Logic Fitness offer a supported senior wellness program?+
Yes. Logic supports a community-focused program for adults age 60 and over at Logic Performance. The program uses 2:1 or 4:1 small-group formats and focuses on balance, fall prevention, strength, joint function, confidence, and social connection. Contact the team to confirm the current schedule and availability.
26How is Logic Fitness involved in the Toronto community?+
Community work includes senior wellness classes, Korean Canadian curling activities, athlete and sporting-event support, local exercise education, trainer seminars, educational media, and developing academic partnerships for future coaches.
27Has Logic Fitness trained national-team athletes?+
Yes. Logic founder and head coach Bryan Bang has trained Korean national figure skating athletes Junhwan Cha and Jia Shin. The same assessment-led approach to movement quality, capacity, and progression informs Logic coaching for everyday clients and athletes.
28How do I choose the right trainer or program?+
Start with your goal, relevant movement or health considerations, preferred location, and schedule. The team can then recommend a suitable coach and program instead of asking you to choose from a list without context.
29How quickly will Logic Fitness respond to an inquiry?+
The team aims to respond within 24 hours. For the fastest routing, include your phone number, preferred location, and primary goal.
