Free assessment◆ Why members trust the work
Logic Fitness has coached North York since 2013 with one idea: every plan should have a reason you can see. Here is what stands behind it.
Established in North York in 2013, now training 400+ active members across two dedicated studios.
Every member starts with a movement assessment, so the plan fits how you actually move — never a template.
Head coach Bryan Bang has prepared national-team figure skaters Junhwan Cha and Jia Shin using the same method members follow.

01 Logic of Movement
Logic Fitness began as a corrective movement, rehabilitation, and athlete-training team. Today, two North York studios connect rehabilitation, fitness, and performance through education-led coaching for every age and activity.
◆ The Logic Method
The Logic Method is how we work with every member — a simple, repeatable system for people with full schedules who want real progress without guesswork. You start with a free assessment, and each step builds on the one before it.
Free assessment
We look at how you move today and talk through your goals, schedule, and training history — so we start from what's real, not assumptions.
Your blueprint
We turn the assessment into a clear, personalized plan: the right coach, a realistic frequency, and a starting point that fits your week.
Coached sessions
You train with a coach who explains the reason behind each session and keeps the work matched to your level and pace.
Track & adjust
At regular check-ins we review what's working, note your progress, and adjust the plan as your goals and schedule change.
Build & repeat
Small wins add up. As you get stronger the plan evolves, and the method repeats so your momentum keeps going.
Not a one-time program — the method repeats, so your plan keeps pace with you.

There is no honest one-size-fits-all number. Your starting point, training history, schedule, recovery, and goal all matter. Logic Fitness begins with an assessment and recommends a realistic frequency after learning how you move and what you want to achieve.
Yes. Beginner coaching starts with movement, confidence, and manageable progress rather than maximum intensity. Your trainer explains the purpose of each exercise and adjusts the plan as your capacity changes.
Logic Fitness offers corrective exercise and sports-rehabilitation-informed coaching. Training can be adapted around limitations, but it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. Tell the team about relevant symptoms and existing care plans during your assessment.
The offer covers your first two personal training sessions. An InBody composition analysis, personalized programming discussion, and goal setting may be included as part of onboarding. Availability and taxes should be confirmed with the team.
The limited Body Profile Package includes 20 personal-training sessions with a Level 1 trainer and a professional photo shoot. The current promotional price is $1,600 + HST, reduced from $2,400. Availability is limited and pricing varies if a different trainer level is selected.

◆ Free assessment
It is a relaxed first visit, not a test. A coach watches a few everyday movements, talks through your goals and schedule, and helps you choose a realistic starting point.
We look at a few simple, comfortable movements — standing, reaching overhead, balance, and a gentle hip hinge — to see how you move today. You stay in a range that feels easy.
We talk through your training history, goals, weekly schedule, and any areas you want to work around. Nothing here is a medical test or diagnosis.
You leave with a clear, no-pressure recommendation — the right coach, program, and pace to begin when you are ready.
For general guidance only. The free assessment does not diagnose injury, disease, or fitness level.
