◆ Guides
Short answers first — cost, first visit, work patterns, studios, hours, and more. Each one opens the full guide.
Logic Fitness is assessment-led private coaching, not a discount gym membership. The first two personal-training sessions are $120 + HST. Ongoing packages generally range from $76 to $125 + HST per session, depending on coach and package size. Confirm frequency in a free movement assessment before you choose a plan.
The free assessment is a private first visit, not a class or a fitness test. A coach looks at a few everyday movements, talks through your work week and goals — desk posture, golf or performance, strength, or aging well — and recommends a realistic starting point. No package decision is required on the spot.
Professional work repeats a body pattern: a flexed neck at a screen or chairside, standing in a kitchen or clinic, a transfer, a long case, a drive, a lift, or a weekend swing. Logic Fitness trains that load with purposeful exercise — assess, correct, strengthen, sustain — not medical treatment and not a stretch-only list.
You start with a free movement assessment, not a package pitch. A coach looks at how you move, the week you actually live, and the outcome you want — desk posture, strength, golf, or aging well — then recommends a frequency you can keep. No hard sell, and no decision required on the spot.

Both start with a free assessment at Logic Fitness. Personal training builds a plan for strength, composition, or performance. Corrective exercise puts movement quality, mobility, and control first when a limitation is in the way. It is still coaching, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace a clinician’s care.

Sports rehabilitation exercise at Logic Fitness is coached, progressive training that bridges recovery and the demands of work or sport. A coach confirms current restrictions, rebuilds tolerance, then reintroduces strength and speed. It is not a diagnosis, not emergency care, and not a promise to treat or cure pain.
Golf training at Logic Fitness is physical preparation for the swing, not a playing lesson. A TPI-informed assessment can look at mobility, rotational control, balance, and force production. You leave with a coached plan you can keep between rounds — at Sheppard & Bayview or Cummer & Bayview.
Senior fitness is small-format coaching for useful strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and fall-prevention skill. Options include 4:1 semi-private and 2:1 partner formats. The published starting point is $100 per month; confirm current availability. It is exercise coaching, not a medical day program.
You do not need a two-hour club ritual. A free assessment sets a frequency you can keep, then each coached session uses the hour for the highest-value work — the pattern your week actually loads. The plan is confirmed around your calendar, not sold as a longer menu of short-session products.
Yes. Logic Fitness is a bilingual North York studio: the public site, assessment form, and coaching can run in Korean. Choose 한국어 on the free-assessment form and the team will match a Korean-speaking coach. The Logic Method does not change with the language.
Both North York studios list daily hours of 07:00–22:00. Logic Fitness is at 20 Rean Dr (Sheppard & Bayview). Logic Performance is at 3309 Bayview Ave (Cummer & Bayview). This site does not publish a guaranteed parking-lot map; confirm the current lot or street option when you book so a work-day visit is not a surprise.
They are two North York rooms and one method. Logic Fitness at 20 Rean Dr (Sheppard & Bayview) is the precision room for assessment-led personal training and related private coaching. Logic Performance at 3309 Bayview Ave (Cummer & Bayview) offers every Logic Fitness service, plus Pilates, registered massage therapy, and group training.
At Logic Fitness, the beginner offer is two personal training sessions for $120 + HST total, or $60 + HST per session. Regular package rates generally range from $76 to $125 + HST per session, depending on trainer level and package size. The assessment helps identify the most suitable option before you choose a package.
There is no honest one-size-fits-all number. Your starting point, training history, schedule, recovery, and goal all matter. Logic Fitness begins with an assessment and recommends a realistic frequency after learning how you move and what you want to achieve.
Yes. Beginner coaching starts with movement, confidence, and manageable progress rather than maximum intensity. Your trainer explains the purpose of each exercise and adjusts the plan as your capacity changes.
Logic Fitness offers corrective exercise and sports-rehabilitation-informed coaching. Training can be adapted around limitations, but it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. Tell the team about relevant symptoms and existing care plans during your assessment.
The offer covers your first two personal training sessions. An InBody composition analysis, personalized programming discussion, and goal setting may be included as part of onboarding. Availability and taxes should be confirmed with the team.
The limited Body Profile Package includes 20 personal-training sessions with a Level 1 trainer and a professional photo shoot. The current promotional price is $1,600 + HST, reduced from $2,400. Availability is limited and pricing varies if a different trainer level is selected.

◆ Free assessment
It is a relaxed first visit, not a test. A coach watches a few everyday movements, talks through your goals and schedule, and helps you choose a realistic starting point.
We look at a few simple, comfortable movements — standing, reaching overhead, balance, and a gentle hip hinge — to see how you move today. You stay in a range that feels easy.
We talk through your training history, goals, weekly schedule, and any areas you want to work around. Nothing here is a medical test or diagnosis.
You leave with a clear, no-pressure recommendation — the right coach, program, and pace to begin when you are ready.
For general guidance only. The free assessment does not diagnose injury, disease, or fitness level.
