01 After injury

How does sports rehab exercise work after an injury?

Sports rehabilitation exercise at Logic Fitness is coached, progressive training that bridges recovery and the demands of work or sport. A coach confirms current restrictions, rebuilds tolerance, then reintroduces strength and speed. It is not a diagnosis, not emergency care, and not a promise to treat or cure pain.

This page is for active adults and professionals aged 25–70 who want to return to training with a plan. If you already have a clinician’s care plan, bring it. Coaching can sit beside that plan; it does not replace it.

No package decision is required to submit the request.

What does the coaching sequence look like?

The published process is measured on purpose: confirm restrictions, build tolerance with controlled exercise, reintroduce strength and speed, then progress toward the demand of your job or sport. You are not asked to prove fitness on day one.

Who is this for — and who should see a clinician first?

It is for athletes returning after injury, active adults rebuilding confidence, and people coordinating exercise with an existing care plan. New, unexplained, or worsening symptoms belong with a healthcare professional first. Tell the team what you already know so the first visit stays in a safe range.

Is this a medical rehabilitation clinic?

No. Logic Fitness offers sports-rehabilitation-informed exercise coaching at both North York studios. It does not diagnose a condition or replace physiotherapy, physician care, or emergency services.

What happens at the first visit?

The free assessment is the start: a conversation plus comfortable movement observation. No package is required on the spot. A separate first-assessment guide explains what is evaluated. Final plan and pricing depend on coach, needs, and package after that visit.

Can I train if I still have an old injury?

Often yes, with the limitation named up front. The assessment decides what to work around. It still does not replace medical advice.

Do I need a doctor’s note?

Bring any restriction or care plan you already have. The team can then coach inside that boundary. They do not issue medical clearance.

Is this only for competitive athletes?

No. Working adults returning to golf, lifting, or simply moving without guessing are a normal use of the same sequence.
