A group format with an actual coach in the room.
This format may fit you if you want structure and feedback while training alongside other people. The assessment is not a pass-or-fail test; it is a conversation about what support, pace, and training environment will help you begin consistently.

- Want structure and also enjoy training alongside others
- Prefer coached progression over following a generic workout alone
- Want a recurring class rhythm and a community setting
Talk with us first if you

- Are not sure whether group training, one-to-one coaching, Pilates, RMT, or another option fits
