03Your first visit

What happens before you start training?

01

Talk through the real starting point.

Tell us what you want to work toward, what feels difficult right now, what your schedule looks like, and what kind of coaching experience you want.

02

Move at a comfortable level.

Your trainer uses conversation and appropriate movement observation to build a manageable first plan. This is not a medical diagnosis or clearance.

03

Leave with a practical next step.

Together, you can decide whether personal training, a beginner-friendly group option, or another route makes sense for your current goal.

Beginner-friendly does not mean one-size-fits-all.

A good first plan is not about doing the hardest workout on day one. It is about learning useful movement, building confidence, and choosing a pace you can return to. Your coach can adapt the session around relevant limitations, previous exercise experience, and your preferred schedule.

Progress you can keep

A choice of support

04Two rooms

Choose the room that fits the work.

You do not need to decide alone. Select the location that is easiest for you to reach, then use your assessment to discuss the service and coach that make sense.

05Questions & answers

Questions before your first session.

01Do I need to already be fit to start personal training?

No. The assessment is designed to understand your starting point and help you choose a manageable first plan. You do not need to arrive with a workout routine or a set level of fitness.

02What is included in the first two-session offer?

The offer covers your first two personal-training sessions at the displayed rate. The team will explain current onboarding, availability, taxes, and final terms before you choose a package.

03Can I start if I have an old injury, pain, or limited mobility?

Coaching may be adapted around relevant limitations, but it does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, or a healthcare professional’s advice. Tell the team about relevant symptoms and existing care plans during your assessment.

04How often should a beginner train?

There is no one schedule that fits everyone. Your goal, recovery, availability, and previous training experience all matter. Discuss a realistic starting frequency during the assessment.

05Do I need to choose a trainer before I contact you?

No. Start with your preferred location, goal, and schedule. The team can then suggest an appropriate coach and format.
