Pregnancy Fitness

As a mom-to-be, you're focused on doing everything you can to have a healthy baby. Exercise is good for both you and your little one. Our program helps to ease common discomforts such as back pain, sleep troubles, swollen ankles, etc.

Power Lifting & Olympic Lifting

Lift heavy but properly, work toward a goal, and feel fulfilled! Find out how to lift heavy most efficiently with our certified instructor; not just strength, but also good skills are required.

Nutrition Coach

No one diet works for everyone since we all have different bodies. The best diet is the one that works for you. Knowing who you are and what you need is the most important information when it comes to losing weight, eating healthy, and changing your lifestyle. Let us design your own diet.

Injury Rehabilitation

Our injury rehabilitation program is a safe, therapeutic approach that helps people effectively treat pain and achieve optimal performance. Our targeted and personalized exercise program will help you return to pre-injury function and prepare to avoid recurring injury episodes.

Sean is an amazing trainer. When I started with him 6 months ago, I had an injury that limited my mobility, and my weight lifting form wasnt too good. Now 6 months later, I can do things I didn't think I could do. Pushups became really easy, I can do pullups, have pretty good weight lifting form and my cardio is better than I could have ever imagined.
